If you forget your passord and remember your login, you can click the 'Forgot your password?' link to have a new password emailed to your registered email address.

If you cannot remember your login, please check any emails received for the details, or email us with as many of the details you registered with as possible and we will send you your login details.

If your property houses multiple tenants you need to create a lodging for each tenant in the property. Every property must have at least one lodging. To create a lodging, first enter the property using 'New Property' on the sidebar or under the list of properties. Then add as many lodgings as required by either entering the number of lodgings in property in the property details, or by using the add lodging under the lodging list, or on the property list. Each lodging can house one tenant.

Buy2Let is paid for on a pay as you go system. On the first of each month you will be charged for the properties and extra users you have. To add credits to your account use the 'Top up Credits' link on the landlord details page, or the add payment link on the view invoices page. Enter the number of credits you wish to purchase, the total cost plus vat will be shown, then enter the method of payment. This can be either :

• Credit Card
• BACS
• Cheque

Credit Card payments are processed using Worldpay. Buy2Let does not store your credit card details, they are only entered in the secure Worldpay site.

An invoice record will be created once you have submitted the number of credits and purchase method. This will show as processing until confirmation is received from worldpay. If no confirmation is received by the end of the day the invoice will automatically be cancelled.

BACS and Cheque payments require you to send payment within 7 days. You will receive an email confirming the payment details. An invoice may also be printed using the 'invoice' link to the right of the required invoice in the invoice list. Invoices will show as uncertified until payment is received. The uncertified credits will be included in the credit total for 7 days.

'View Credit History' link on the sidebar and landlord details page will show the full credit history, including all invoices, and deductions from your account.
