Welcome to Buy2Let
The Buy2Let system is a rental management application designed to allow you to manage properties which are being leased out to tenants on a room-by-room or flat-by-flat basis. It covers all the management requirements of keeping details of the properties, the lodgings that they contain, which tenants are living in which lodgings, how much rent they have paid and when, how much rent they owe and from when etc. The system allows the user to keep on top of all the rental finances and manage the related financial affairs effectively and robustly.
Registering and logging inThe Sidebar
The Sidebar is the bar to the left of the screen containing five main links to navigate to the four major screens in the Buy2Let system, that is in vertically descending order; the Landlords page, the Tenancies page, the Properties page, the Reports page and Logout. Under the Landlords link, there are links to the main functions within landlord, to edit your account details,and view costs, users, invoices and credit history. There is also a link for a new property under the main properties link. Also present, directly below these main links is an overview figure for the total number of lodgings for letting on the system.
